One Day at Nandankanan

Applications are invited from Schools/Colleges for the educational programme “One day at Nandankanan”

1. Interested schools/ Colleges need to register online through the Nandankanan website www.nandankanan.org
2. Maximum number of participants allowed is 44 (40 students + 04 teachers).
3. Transportation cost to be beard by the school/ college authority.
4. Lunch for the participants to be brought by them.
5. Students should be in school or college uniform for easy management.
6. Timing : 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

  • Arrival - 8:45am
  • Briefing about the programme- 9:00 am
  • Zoo visit
    • Water bird aviary
    • Walk through aviary
    • Aquarium
    • Bear section
    • PCBC
    • Zoo laboratory
    • Carnivore section
    • Nocturnal house
    • Small mammal
    • Deer section
    • Reptile house
    • Primates
  • Return to SBG by 1:00 pm
  • Lunch- 1:30 pm to 2: 30 pm
  • Visit to different gardens -2:30 pm to 3:45 pm
  • Evaluation and Certificate distribution- 4:00 pm
